Problem

The key business process fulfilled by CA Ubezpieczenia, which is registering a customer insurance claim, requires a different set of data and a different process with every type of claim made.
The previous claim registration required tedious filling-in
of a form that neither reflected the complete process, nor was intuitive for the customers.

We helped tidy-up and reorganize all the insurance claim registering processes so that customers have easy access to them and clear information about the required documents for the entire process.

The insurer's website is now available in RWD. Registering insurance claims has become easier and faster.
We also adapted the website branding to the new branding of the entire Crédit Agricole Group.
As a result, the customer support of CA Ubezpieczenia can now carry on with building up their processes and customer base.

In order to enable an intuitive and a functional claim registration process we first needed to map-out clear processes highlighting their key touchpoints and differences.
user experience in hand with design
UX/UI work in this project focused primarily on the user journey and the user’s potential pain points. Our task was to analyse the re-engineered claim registration forms, find room for improvement and optimise the whole process. We also had to refresh the graphic layout of the website in line with the new branding of the entire Crédit Agricole Group.

The new website allows the customers of CA Ubezpieczenia to register their claims as easy as possible. The new CMS lets CA Ubezpieczenia manage the website and their key business process in a friendly and modern way.
